Dr. Cullen completed his General and Plastic Surgery residencies at the Grand Rapids/Michigan State University program before pursuing a specialized fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at the University of Utah. Today, Dr. Cullen balances his state-of-the-art clinical work with academia as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Michigan State University, alongside active memberships in elite organizations like the ASPS and ASAPS. His commitment to surgical excellence has earned him widespread acclaim, including being named one of Newsweek’s Best Doctors in America, featured in The Leading Physicians of The World, and consistently voted one of West Michigan’s Top Doctors by Grand Rapids Magazine.
