At Arkansas Plastic Surgery, you’ll be cared for by Dr. David Bauer and Dr. Zachary T. Young, two highly respected board-certified plastic surgeons dedicated to helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through personalized care.

Dr. David Bauer, a Little Rock native, has been in practice since 1996 and is recognized for his meticulous attention to detail, honest approach, and commitment to patient satisfaction. After earning his medical degree from Vanderbilt University, he completed a General Surgery residency at UAMS and a Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt.

Dr. Zachary T. Young is double board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Raised in Jonesboro, Arkansas, Dr. Young developed a passion for medicine early in life and brings extensive surgical expertise along with a patient-first philosophy to every consultation and procedure.

Together, Dr. Bauer and Dr. Young combine years of experience with advanced technologies like myArbrea, helping patients better understand their options through personalized 3D simulations before making decisions about their aesthetic journey.
