Questions doctors ask
You do. Consent is managed by you and your clinic with your patients as part of normal practice. Arbrea receives and works with anonymized cases only.
For archive cases, none beyond sharing material you already have. For live cases you follow the Arbrea Suite workflow you already use the scan and the anonymization are part of it.
You always get a reason code. If it is one correctable gap, you have 14 days and one resubmission. Nothing is refused silently.
A decision comes within 10 business days of submission, and points are credited the same day where possible three business days at most. Your balance is always visible in Arbrea Suite.
Points earning is uncapped. Redemption is capped at the equivalent of one year of Arbrea license per doctor, any license type a deliberate ceiling, not fine print.
At least one approved case per quarter. The program is capped at 50–70 partners worldwide, so seats stay with doctors who are actively contributing.
