Sales Development Representative
Location: Multiple Location ( Preferred Locations: Brazil, Tbilisi, Barcelona, Budapest, Sofia ).
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team and ensuring those leads are followed up until they convert to sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify companies and individuals who may be potential clients
- Reach out to these companies and individuals via email, phone, and social media to generate interest in our products and services
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria and pass them on to the sales team
- Follow up on leads until they convert to sales, providing support and additional information as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably as a Sales Development Representative
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese will be considered a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce will be considered a plus
- Completed or in-progress undergraduate degree in sales, marketing, or business-related field will be considered a plus
- Languages required: English or Portuguese or Spanish or German ( Ideally English plus One ).
